A key file matching your IMEI will be send to the paypal account email address.The unlocker (DOWNLOAD HERE) will work with the given IMEI only.
DO NOT USE the IMEI from the BOX as it may be different from that of the phone.
To get your IMEI just dial *#06# or have a look at label under battery of phone.Note that on Wizard (Orange SPV M3000 / MDA Vario / XDA2miniS / QTEK9100 / Cingular 8125 / Vodafone VPA Compact II / Grundig GR660) label IMEI is 15 digits long, if you type *#06# on phone it will be 17 digits, but unlocking will need only the FIRST 15 digits.
Note that the unlocker work only under Windows 2000/XP/VISTA. It WILL NOT run under 98, or ME.
How To:1. turn phone off and remove usb cable
(remove battery to turn off phone)
2. hold CAMERA key (key on right side of phone) and make a soft reset
(hold CAMERA until you get the 3 color mode; see picture below)
3. connect USB cable, start M3000v4Unlock.exe on your PC and follow instructions
3 color screen (bootloader version may differ but unlocking will work)
